Users of electric vehicles are required to increase the electric power in their homes so that the charging process can run smoothly, without having to worry about electricity dropping. To make it easier for consumers who want to add power, PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) also offers a promo for the EV Home Charging Service.
“Because the minimum power (for home charging) is at least 7,700 VA (Volt Ampere), when you need more power, we have promo facilities as well. It is only enough to pay Rp. 150 thousand for 1 phase, we can upgrade to 11,000 power,” he said. PLN Executive Vice President Corporate Communications and CSR Diah Ayu Permatasari, at the 2022 Perikliindo Electric Vehicles Show (PEVS), JIExpo, Kemayoran, Friday (22/7/2022).
In addition to adding 1-phase power, PLN also offers the option of adding 3-phase power at a cost of Rp. 450 thousand. To add 3-phase power, the electrical power upgrade can reach 16,500 VA.

PLN itself is also present at the PEVS 2022 exhibition. This exhibition will be enlivened by four-wheel and two-wheel brands and their supporting industries. For four-wheel brands, DFSK, Erolis, K-EVCBU, Smuth EV, Prestige, Wuling, and MAB are followed. For the commercial vehicle segment such as MAB Bus and Aerobus cable car, electric truck line-up from Fuso.
Not to forget there are also Utility Vehicles, namely Alke and Glutton. Two-wheelers and commercial vehicles were followed by Benelli-Keeway, Davigo, Erolis, Gesits, Niu, Nozomi, Rakata, Regen, Selis, Smoot, Trolis.
