Maître Gims reaches a new record. During the last 12 months, the French rap star has achieved the feat of being the only Frenchman to appear among the 20 most listened to YouTube artists in Switzerland and he has therefore accumulated more than a billion views over this period in the whole world on the famous video hosting platform. His YouTube channel now has more than 4.5 billion views.
Gandhi Djuna, alias Gims and formerly Maître Gims, has just shared a screenshot of his last record in a story on his Instagram account.
“#Billionaire”, can we read in the caption of the publication shared on the social network.
It should also be remembered that Gims will be back in the vats solo this year with a 100% rap project before then making his return with his group, the Sexion D’Assaut, which is finally preparing the release of the album “Le Retour des Kings ”, a long awaited project for several years by the fans.
His real name Gandhi Djuna, Maître Gims is a rapper of Congolese origin who became known with the group Sexion d’Assaut.
