After four cigarette machines in the Main-Spessart district were stolen and cracked open last week, the police still have no hot lead. She communicated this on request. In the meantime, however, it is assumed that the perpetrators are a gang that acts across borders. The reason: In the Main-Spessart district, the officials found a machine from Hesse that had been cracked. Conversely, a machine from the region was also secured there. At the beginning of August there were also cases in the Schweinfurt district. In addition, the officials assume that there will be more cases – also in the region.
