The Development Department is recruiting Remote Sales Advisors in Health Insurance and Protection (F/M) on a full-time fixed-term contract, in Tours from March 4, 2024 to March 4, 2025.

Within a human-sized team of 15 employees, your main missions will be:

-Support and satisfy our members, customers and prospects according to their Health and Welfare needs,
-Optimize each contact with a commercial proposal for Macif Individual Health-Protection products and services adapted to the customer’s needs (incoming and outgoing calls),
-Assist the Macif network in the marketing of mutual insurance contracts,
-Register subscriptions to new health contracts for individuals, and contribute to customer loyalty.

Required Skills:

Your pronounced taste for sales, challenge, and culture of objective are guarantees of success. You know how to convince, negotiate and establish a relationship of trust by prioritizing listening.

Bac+2 level training in the field of Sales or Customer Relations (Type BTS NDRC) or equivalent level justified by successful sales experience or beginner have a commercial appetite, the desire to learn and contribute to success collective.
Mastery of IT tools essential.

Some additional information:

Working time: 35 hours per week. 5 consecutive days per week.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (shifts / hourly cycles)
Teleworking for an average of 2 days per week over the year after a certain level of autonomy validated by your Manager.
