Luis Ludin will play for EHC Freiburg in DEL2 and will receive a sponsorship contract.
With 18-year-old Luis Ludin, the wolves can present their third new addition for the upcoming DEL2 season. The 188 cm attacker comes from Innsbruck in Austria to Breisgau. At HC Innsbruck, he has played in the U20 team of the “Haie” since the 2016/17 season. Last season, the left-handed shooter had 37 games with two goals and one template in the highest Austrian division. Peter Russell about the young striker: “I am very happy to have Luis on our team. He is of good stature and has a lot of game intelligence, both offensive and defensive. He lived in Freiburg for some time as a child and therefore has his roots with us in the region. We are happy that he is coming back and I can’t wait to work with him. ”
Luis Ludin himself is also looking forward to his new job: “After I have already spent part of my youth in the Freiburg ice rink, I am all the more pleased to be able to come back into the” new-old “environment.
