This Monday it circulated in social networks a video in which you see former officials of the Senate of the Republic receive cash packaged in bundles of bills.
In the material appear Guillermo Gutierrez Badillo, who worked in the Senate and until today served as private secretary to the Governor of Querétaro, Francisco Domínguez.
It is also observed who until now is presumed to be Rafael Caraveo, former technical secretary of the Senate.
The broadcast of the video was linked to an account apparently created by the brother of the former director of Pemex, Emilio Lozoya, who later, through Emilio’s lawyers, withdrew from the publication.
Below we present the conversation held by the officials, in which it is not clear whether they refer to bags, bundles or millions of pesos.

After the video related to the case of Emilio Lozoya was released, the governor of Querétaro, Francisco Domínguez Servién, announced the dismissal of Guillermo Gutiérrez Badillo, who had been serving as his private secretary.
Through his Twitter account, the governor of Querétaro assured that he was never aware of the alleged acts of corruption.
“I determined the immediate dismissal of Guillermo Gutiérrez Badillo, so that he could contribute to the clarification and demarcation of responsibilities of the broadcast video, before the competent authority,” he wrote.
For his part, the leader of the National Action Party (PAN), Marko Cortés, assured that if it is confirmed that party members are involved in this case, they will be expelled immediately.
In a brief statement, the blue and white leader asked the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) to immediately investigate and proceed against those who are responsible for these acts of corruption.

“If it is confirmed that they are PAN militants, they will be immediately expelled,” he said.
While the lawyers of the Lozoya family assured that Juan Jesus Lozoya, brother of the former director of Pemex, does not have any account created on the platform where the publication of the video originated.
Therefore, the dissemination of the video on social networks was carried out by committing a crime, by creating a false account on the YouTube platform and impersonating Juan Jesús Lozoya.
Given this, and according to Emilio’s lawyers, Juan Jesús is already preparing a complaint to the Attorney General of the Republic.
When consulted in this regard, the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic replied that the broadcast video has not been presented in the case of Lozoya as evidence.
