The former director of Pemex Emilio Lozoya Austin is a perfect product of the PRI system that collapsed in 2018. Third generation of politicians, is the grandson of a former governor of Chihuahua and son of Emilio Lozoya Thalmann, former secretary of energy and general director of Issste.
