Once the swimming part was over, the athletes enjoyed themselves on the bike routes, discovering the Canner routes, then the final stage, running, completed them, but with a smile. A few brave people even dared to chain the S and M formats, “but it stung a little”, admits Jean-Philippe.

Public and athletes in heaven

Relatives, friends, families and curious people had made the trip to encourage Tabata, Gilles, Romain and the others, as well as many elected officials from the Portes de France agglomeration, partner of this sporting event, which made unanimity. The participants from Thionville, Boust, Metz, Amnéville and even from Belgium loved it: the location, the easy parking, the cycling and racing route, the atmosphere too.
