World-famous DJ and actor Dimitri Vegas writes on Instagram that he is overjoyed. “Love at first sight. Finally we got to know our son. I hope your grandpa smiled at us from up there when he learned you’re continuing his name.” He refers to his father, who died unexpectedly at the end of May.
“And then this happened”, writes mom Anouk Matton, just like her husband DJ and influencer, with the photo. “I am overwhelmed that I can hold the love of my life.” Earlier this week she had in her column in the weekly Story wrote how she looked forward to the birth to “bring some joy back into the family”. That is necessary, she wrote, given the death of the father of Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike. In addition, Like Mike’s daughter was born silently at 25 weeks.
For Dimitri Vegas and Anouk Matton, who got married in Ibiza on September 7, 2017, London Thakis is the first child. The godfather is Mike, Dimitri’s brother.
