Of the more than 290 lots that are auctioned today by the National Institute to Return the Stolen to the People (INDEP), the one with the shorts that was mentioned by the president Andrés Manuel López Obrador In his morning conference on July 24, he was declared void due to the disinterest of those attending the event that takes place in the Los Pinos cultural complex.
Jaime Cárdenas Gracia, director of INDEP, reported that the lots are made up of vehicles suitable for driving and not suitable, household appliances, cell phones, industrial boots, tableware, construction materials, among others.
He explained that the proceeds from the sale of the goods will go to two municipalities in Guerrero and Yucatan.
“The product of the sale that we will make here will be to serve communities and municipalities in our country, a municipality in the state of Guerrero, Cuajicuinalpa and a municipality in the state of Yucatan, Temozón, so these resources that we will obtain today in the auction they will surely benefit the poorest people in our country, ”he said.
