As part of the celebration of Gay pride and in the face of the pandemic Covid–19, Hugo López-Gatell, Undersecretary of Prevention and Health Promotion, thanked the LGBT + community for having made the march 42 in a virtual way.
After reporting 26 thousand 381 deaths from Covid-19 this Saturday, López-Gatell thanked the community for the “enormous act of social responsibility to avoid infections”.
“When they express themselves, they remind us of the importance of eliminating all forms of discrimination,” he said through social networks.
We thank the LGBTTTI + community because they decided to march # Pride2020 virtually; It was an act of enormous social responsibility to avoid contagion from #COVID19. In expressing themselves they remind us of the importance of eliminating all forms of discrimination.
