Jakarta (ANTARA) – Computing manufacturer Micro-Star International (MSI) announced the presence of its newest line of gaming laptops with 12th generation Intel® processors in Indonesia.
Through this line of gaming laptops, MSI tries to show determination and vision for the upcoming Metaverse era.
The new laptop, dubbed Meta-Ready, is equipped with processors up to Intel Core i9 and graphics cards up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti.
“Our mission is to deliver premium laptops with the highest performance, the most innovative technology, and the best user experience,” said MSI Indonesia Notebook Marketing Manager Livia in a press release quoted on Tuesday.
MSI’s latest line of gaming laptops is claimed to provide a significant performance increase compared to the previous generation, including an increase in CPU performance of up to 30-45 percent.
Here are some of MSI’s new gaming laptops that can be ordered in Indonesia.
Stealth GS66
The award-winning MSI Stealth GS laptop is a lightweight yet powerful laptop for gaming and professional use.
The MSI Stealth GS66 laptop comes in a new “Core Black” color and a sturdier Zinc Alloy hinge. With a thickness of less than 21 mm, MSI also increases the size of the touchpad and keycap to provide a precise and comfortable typing experience.
This laptop is equipped with six speakers. Business people who are also gamers can benefit from the webcam lock switch and support for charging up to 100W PD for greater security and mobility.
The Stealth GS66 is powered by an Alder Lake i9-12900H processor and a graphics card up to an RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU 16GB GDDR6. The screen measures 15.6 inches QHD 2560×1440 with a refresh rate of 240Hz. The memory is 16GB and the storage space is up to 2TB.
The Stealth GS66 laptop is priced starting at IDR 45,999,000.
Raider GE76 / 66
This laptop features an innovative thermal design and a total graphics power of up to 220W via MSI OverBoost technology. The existence of the Phase Change Liquid Metal Pad system provides an extra 10 percent performance.
MSI’s exclusive cooling system helps unleash the power of the processor and provides a solution as efficient as liquid metal, but safer and more reliable. MSI Raider GE also gets support for Discrete Graphic Mode which allows gamers to have a fast and smooth gaming experience.
The Raider GE76 and GE66 are powered by an Alder Lake i9-12900HK processor with a 16GB GDDR6 RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU graphics card. The Raider GE76 is equipped with a 17.3-inch UHD (3840×2160) screen with a 120Hz refresh rate 100 percent Adobe.
While the Raider GE66 comes with a choice of 15.6-inch UHD (3840×2160) screens, 100 percent Adobe 120Hz refresh rate (optional) and 15.6-inch QHD (2560×1440) screens, 240Hz DCI-P3 refresh rates are 100 percent typical (optional).
The Raider GE76 comes with 32GB of memory and 2TB of storage space while the Raider GE66 has up to 16GB of memory and up to 2TB of storage space.
The Raider GE76 laptop is priced at IDR 71,999,000 while the Raider GE66 starts at IDR 43,999,000
Vector GP66
MSI Vector GP series laptops are equipped with a Cooler Boost 5 cooling system. Vector GP performance can reach up to 210W through MSI OverBoost technology.
The Vector GP66 is equipped with an Alder Lake i7-12700H processor and a graphics card
RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU 8GB GDDR6. The screen is 15.6 inches QHD (2560×1440), and the refresh rate of 240 Hz DCI-P3 is 100 percent typical.
This laptop comes with 8GB of memory and 1TB of storage space. Vector GP66 is sold at a price of Rp. 34,999,000
Crosshair 15
Crosshair is a collaboration between MSI and Ubisoft. The series features a futuristic design with sci-fi elements inspired by the game’s stature and atmosphere.
This laptop is equipped with a processor up to Intel CoreTM i9 and Cooler Boost 5 cooling system. The graphics card performance is at the maximum level.
The Crosshair series is currently available in Indonesia in two variants: Crosshair 15 and limited edition Crosshair 15 Rainbow Six Extraction Edition which comes with an exclusive bundle pack.
The Crosshair 15 is powered by an Alder Lake i7-12700H processor while the Limited series Crosshair uses an Alder Lake i9-12900H processor. Both use a graphics card RTX 3060 Laptop GPU 6GB GDDR6.

Katana GF76/66
The MSI Katana GF series laptops are designed with 1.7mm key travel and the exclusive Cooler Boost 5 cooling technology. The Katana GF76 and GF66 come with the Alder Lake i7-12700H processor.
The Katana GF76 uses a graphics card RTX3050 Laptop GPU 4GB GDDR6 while the graphics card for GF66 to RTX3070 Laptop GPU GDDR6 8GB
The Katana GF76 screen measures 17.3 inches FHD (1920×1080) with a refresh rate of 144Hz IPS-Level Thin Bezel. While the GF66 uses a 15.6-inch FHD (1920×1080) screen with a refresh rate of 240Hz, close to 100 percent Srgb.
The Katana GF76 has 8GB of memory and 512GB of storage space, while the GF66 comes with up to 8GB of memory and up to ITB of storage. The Katana GF76 laptop sells for IDR 17,999,000 while the GF66 is offered with prices starting at IDR 17,499,000.
