List of Defaulters in Spain Revealed: Names of Celebrities Among Thousands on the Tax Agency’s Published List

Today is the last day to file the Income Statement corresponding to the financial year of 2022. After thousands of taxpayers have gone through the eye of the Treasury, the Tax Agency has published its usual: “Agreement to publish the list of debtors article 95 bis of the General Tax Law”. Or what is the same, the list of defaulters in Spain.

Among hundreds of names, some are extracted that belong to well-known people in the media landscape of our country, such as businessmen, famous singers or athletes. These are the celebrities who are on the list of defaulters of the Treasury 2023:

José María Enríquez Negreira: more than 1.1 million euros

Mario Conde: 6,396,743.95 euros

Merche: 856,737.39 euros

Patricia Conde: 1,062,341.39 euros

Makoke: 954,588.93 euros

Paz Vega: 1,770,328.10 euros

Malcom Filipe Silva: more than 820,000 euros

Oscar del Nido Benavente. more than 600,000 euros

Luis Medina: 651,963.38 euros

Diego Torres: 956,019.87 euros

Monica Gil Manzano: 1,576,396.34 euros

José Luis Moreno: 950,186.83 euros

Nueva Rumasa (Ruiz Mateos Family): 8,926,414.32 euros

Matthias Kühn: 7,127,961.37 euros

Albert Castillón: 701,895.61 euros

From this long list of celebrities who pay taxes in Spain, there are several names that are not the first time they have appeared. even They are regulars in debt with the Treasury. Some of them are the producer José Luis Moreno, the presenter Patricia Conde, the television collaborator Makoke, the actress Paz Vega or the singer Merche.

In this document, in which no one would like to appear, both natural and legal persons come together, as they are called in said terminology, which corresponds to names of people, both anonymous and famous, and companies or entities that have outstanding accounts with the Treasury of 600.000 euros onwards. This year the list has 6,076, 13.7% less than the previous year.
