Refund request terms for the list of shows canceled or postponed above:
For all shows that have been definitively canceled or postponed to the 21/22 season, you can of course request a refund, as the tickets are not valid from one season to the next.
For shows canceled and postponed to the 20/21 season, you can also request a refund if the new dates do not suit you:
- By mail : you can send us all of your tickets accompanied by an RIB and a written request by mail specifying your name / surname / full address / telephone number, to the following address:
Ticket office – La rose des vents, Boulevard Van Gogh, BP 10153, 59653 Villeneuve d’Ascq cedex
- In the mailbox of La rose des vents: you can deposit your envelope directly (with all of your tickets accompanied by an RIB and a written request by mail, specifying us Name / First name / full address / telephone number) in the mailbox of La rose des vents, located at the Administration entrance (staircase to the right of the theater).
- If your tickets are at the La Rose des vents ticket office, you can send us a written request and your RIB in the same way, indicating the number of seats and the shows concerned.
- If you bought your tickets on the online ticket office of La rose des vents, please send your refund requests by email to [email protected], in order to let us know your desire to obtain a refund and specify the tickets concerned.
Before any mailing or deposit in our letterbox, we advise you to take a picture of your tickets or to send them back.make a copy, in order to keep track of it.
