The OnePlus 8 Pro is the only support for wireless charging and a screen that refreshes with 120 Hz. That appears from leaked information by Ishan Agarwal, who more often shares accurate information about unannounced phones.
Agarwal shares specifications of the regular OnePlus 8 and of the more powerful OnePlus 8 Pro. The regular OnePlus 8 gets a 6.55-inch screen with a refresh rate of 90 Hz, just like its predecessor.
The OnePlus 8 Pro gets a 6.78-inch screen with 120 Hz. This ensures that images refresh faster, so everything has to look smoother. This would provide a solution, especially in games.
The OnPlus 8 has yet to be charged via cable, while the Pro version also gets support for wireless charging. The Pro also has one lens more with four camera lenses than the regular OnePlus 8. The primary camera is equipped with a 48-megapixel sensor.
Furthermore, the specifications show that both devices have a Snapdragon 865 chip with 5G support. The phones are said to come in multiple versions: a model with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage and a model with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage.
It is not known when OnePlus will market the phones and at what price. Typically, the company’s new devices appear in the spring.
