The lawyer asked for expert opinions to be obtained from six named scientists who should prove that the number of vaccinations correlates with the number of deaths, that vaccinations endanger health and life. “The risk here is six times higher than with any previous vaccination,” he claimed.
His client was in an emergency. “She had to dodge this vaccination to avoid endangering herself,” the defense attorney explained. He asked on what legal basis the head of the facility could request proof of vaccination and what infection protection concept was in place at the time of the crime. “Rejected,” said Judge Josef Haiker about the various applications for evidence.
Public prosecutor Thomas Putschbach also did not want to recognize any “evidence relevance”: “I don’t know what that has to do with the charge.” A health certificate is a document, Putschbach affirmed. In addition, the head of a private facility can decide on access restrictions, also against the background that old and sick people are staying there. For “selfish motives” the accused may have endangered others and violated guidelines for the protection of the population.
“It’s a tragedy,” Edgar Siemund began a long closing speech. Broad sections of the population have been taken in by a “huge fake” and the “silence in this country” is just as great as the “corpse obedience”. “A legal catastrophe,” the lawyer complained, and asked, “How many more dead?” Until the “mainstream finally reported.” Siemund combined the critical sideways glance at the press representative with the accusation: “The facts are being suppressed.” everyone who presents a fake health certificate is a hero.« The arguments against vaccination are »so gigantic« that his client has to be acquitted.
From Josef Haiker’s point of view, the certificate presented represents a health certificate and a document. It is incorrect because it came about without any examination and its presentation is therefore punishable. The criminal judge also saw no “justifying emergency” because no one had forced the woman to be vaccinated. “The whole thing is punishable, regardless of what you think of a vaccination,” concluded Haiker. “When doctors just randomly issue certificates, it shakes confidence in medicine.” The woman’s notebook, who was released from the facility a few days later, remains confiscated as a crime.
