Launch: Research program on psychological health at work | Quebec Research Fund

The Fonds de recherche du Québec – Société et culture (FRQSC) and its partners, the Committee on Standards, Equity, Health and Safety at Work (CNESST), the Robert-Sauvé Research Institute in Health and occupational safety (IRSST), the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MSSS), the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Solidarity (MTESS), the Secretariat for the Status of Women (SCF), the Secretariat of the Treasury Board (SCT), the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec (RAMQ) and Revenu Québec, invite the scientific community to respond to this call for proposals aimed at developing new knowledge on psychological health at work and transfer of results to appropriate media. The objectives of this Concerted action are from :

  • Better understand the issues related to psychological health at work;
  • Identify favorable conditions and obstacles to maintaining and improving psychological health at work;
  • Develop innovative and sustainable approaches for, in particular:
    o promote psychological health at work
    o prevent absences linked to psychological health and relapses
    o promote recovery and return to work (for affected workers)

The results of the funded projects should enable workers, managers, organizations and decision-makers to inform their decisions and actions related to the promotion, prevention and intervention in psychological health at work.

The open sections for this competition are as follows: research project, action research project and knowledge synthesis.

This call for proposals is part of the FRQSC Concerted Actions program. The total envelope for this competition is over $ 2.1 million (including indirect research costs).

Deadline – Funding request: December 15, 2021 at 4 p.m..
