“Latvijas dzelzceļš” will auction seven real estates

The real estate at Krustpils street 5A, Jēkabpils, will be sold with a starting price of 10,284 euros. The property consists of a track master’s house.

On the other hand, the real estate at 48 Mihoelsa street, Daugavpils, will be auctioned again by LDz with the starting price of 287,265 euros. It consists of the administrative building and the engineering construction related to the building – the underground water pipe and the domestic sewage pipe, the land unit, as well as the movable property – 13 air conditioners.

The auction for these two real estates will start on April 17 at 1 p.m. and will end on May 17 at 1 p.m.

Also, LDz plans to auction real estate at Pasta Street 56, K-1, K-7, K-8, and K-9, Jelgava. The starting price of the auction is 50,906 euros. The property consists of a boiler house with utilities, a hangar storage building, a carpentry shop building with utilities and a concrete shop building.

It is also planned to auction the real estate at 11 Torņa Street, Rēzekne, with a starting price of 42,959 euros. The property consists of a railway police administrative building and a garage.

The real estate “Ozolsala 3”, in Jēkabpils district, is planned to be auctioned with a starting price of 3971 euros. The property consists of the railway station “Ozolsala 3” and an engineering building – a pipeline.

On the other hand, in Mārciena parish of Madona county, it is planned to re-auction the real estate at Stacijas street 2, Mārciena. The starting price of the auction is 4625 euros, the property consists of a station building and a barn.
