In a statement made by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, it was reported that the wind blowing in the form of storms from northern directions in Istanbul was expected to be effective in the form of strong storms until Tuesday morning by increasing the intensity from noon. Specifically, temperatures expected to decline to 5 degrees during the night hours would be 4 degrees cooler than measured by the storm. Cold weather and storms due to possible freezing, land, sea and air transport disruptions, tree toppling, signage and roofing was recommended to be cautious against such negativities.
