The number of patients receiving intensive care treatment was 344, 42 of them recovered.
We have entered the period when we have to make more sacrifices in order to overcome this crisis facing humanity.
We should never forget the following points:
We will not be compromised, the threat we face is very serious.
We will never panic. We are fighting against this threat.
We have implemented and are implementing many economic measures covering the protection of employment covering all segments, from paid employees to craftsmen and craftsmen.
We do not allow anyone to remain hungry or exposed in this country.
We know that we will overcome this issue in a short time when we apply all these measures meticulously.
Turkey was caught in a way that might be the best preparation for this epidemic period.
From the very first day, we have gained an advantage by following the process seriously and taking our precautions.
We are the country with the most intensive care beds according to the population of the world.
We also supply materials abroad when necessary.
We rapidly increased the number of tests by introducing quick diagnosis KITs.
The tests are absolutely free. We received the first part of the drug for treatment.
All our institutions work with the spirit of mobilization in order for our citizens to continue their daily lives peacefully.
This goal has always been behind the measures we have taken in all areas from health to education, from economy to transportation.
We decided to implement the new measure package we took.
1- Intercity travel has been granted the governor’s leave.
2- A flexible working system will be introduced in the private sector.
3- Rare seating arrangement will be applied in public transportation vehicles.
4- Picnic areas and forests will be closed on weekends and there will not be a collective gathering on weekdays.
5- Our soldiers will be subjected to summons and demobilization in accordance with the quarantine rule for 14 days.
6- International flights have been terminated.
7- A pandemic board will be established in all provinces.
These measures, especially our metropolitan cities such as Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Kocaeli, have been meticulously implemented in all of our 30 metropolitan cities.
