The nurse specialist in family medicine of the UMF 69 from Coatzacoalcos, César Iván Rubio Hernández explained that the measles and rubella vaccine (SR) is for children from 1 to 4 years of age, while for girls and boys from 5 to 9 years of age, complete their vaccination schedule with the application of the biological against measles, rubella and mumps (SICKLE).

Likewise, he invited them to use preventive services and receive the vaccines that are pending; as well as participating in the timely detection of diabetes, high blood pressure, breast and cervical cancer, among other activities.

To attend the preventive medicine modules, it is not necessary to make an appointment, it is only necessary to show up from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

It is necessary to specify that the IMSS medical units have the security protocols against Covid-19, therefore the use of face masks in the facilities is mandatory, keep a healthy distance, in addition to the areas being constantly sanitized, there are also filters in the facilities entrances where they receive 70 percent alcohol gel and identify suspicious cases.
