La Línea de la Concepción City Council Promotes Employment Projects for Young People

The City Council of La Línea de la Concepción has requested several employment projects aimed at enabling the labor insertion of young people through the system of professional internships in companies, with the aim of promoting policies that contribute to promoting the generation of alternatives in this area.

From the municipal Employment delegation, for which Councilor Iria Bello is responsible, a request has been made to join the Dipuforma program, dependent on the Employment Area of ​​the Provincial Council of Cádiz, to carry out socio-health care courses.
The Dipuforma project is made up of more than a hundred training actions that take place in different locations in the province of Cádiz and is 80% financed with European funds from the Operational Program for Employment, Training and Education (Poefe) of the European Social Fund. . Among its novelties and strengths, the active participation of the different town councils and associations in the execution of training programs stands out.
This is one of the initiatives that the government team is currently working on, in addition to the proposal to request a subsidy for first professional experiences, aimed at promoting access to the labor market.
Likewise, the request for aid for the exercise of non-labor practices in companies is promoted, a process that would be carried out through the competitive competition system.
