On behalf of SCPI Crédit Mutuel Pierre 1, La Française REM acquired, from Polygone, an office building in the Pilaterie business park, at 299 rue du Général de Gaulle, in Marcq-en-Barœul ( 59).

Located near the Les Près metro station, the 4,700 m² R+3 asset offers office space and laboratories, as well as numerous terraces and green spaces. Labeled Effinergie+, it is leased under a firm 12-year lease to Bureau Veritas Exploitation, which has set up its Hauts-de-France headquarters there.

For this operation, La Française REM and Polygone were advised by Arrow Lille. Christel Audebert of the Notaires du Trocadéro advised La Française REM. Polygone was advised by Benoît Coquet and Ahmed Halitim of Fontaine Roussel & Associés – Groupe Monassier.
