PDIP politician Mardani H Maming has also been named a suspect at the KPK. Mardani H Maming has also been prevented from traveling abroad.

Mardani H Maming has filed a pretrial application. Mardani H Maming will undergo the first trial on 12 July. Mardani Maming asked that the suspect’s status be declared invalid.

Mardani Maming himself admitted that he had received an official copy from the KPK regarding the status of the suspect. The letter was received on Wednesday (22/6).
