KOMPAS.com – Indonesian women’s singles, Gregoria Mariska Tunjung, made history at the All England 2023. Meanwhile, Merah-Putih have locked one semifinal ticket from the men’s doubles number.

This certainty was known after the round of 16 of the All England 2023 was completed at the Utilita Arena Birmingham, England, on Friday (17/3/2023) in the morning WIB.

Ginting caught Prannoy HS through a fierce rubber game or three games with a score of 22-20, 15-21 and 21-17.

Switching to men’s doubles, Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto and Muhammad Shohibul Fikri/Bagas Maulana won in the last 16 of the All England 2023.

This success made Fajar/Rian and Fikri/Bagas face each other in the 2023 All England quarter-finals.

This means that it is certain that Indonesia will also have a representative in the men’s doubles in the 2023 All England semifinals.
