At At 17.00 the group of participants of the vocal studio Cālīši, Zvirbulīši, Cielaviņas, Zīlīte and Žubīte will perform in the concert, but at 19.00 listeners will be delighted by Mazputniņi, Irbīte, Vālodzīte, Ķīvīte and Balodīši.

Children’s vocal ensemble “Knīpas un knauķi” was founded in 1971. Irēna Veinberga, the founder of “Knīpas un knauķi”, and Silvija Ērgle, the long-term manager, can rejoice and be proud of the beautiful, safe way of their upbringing in the coming years. Since 1994, the leaders of the ensemble have been taken over by Vita Siliņa and Edīte Putniņa, the ensemble growing into a children’s vocal studio. Currently, the directors of the children’s vocal studio “Knīpas un knauķi” of the Riga Latvian Society are Jonita Štoma, Sanita Sējāne. Teachers – Signe Belicka, Lilija Lipora, Eva Krūmiņa.
