Passenger Motor Boat (KMP) Yunicee, which serves the crossing in the Bali Strait, reportedly drowned. The evacuation process is underway. The video of the sinking and evacuation of KMP Yunicee has gone viral on social media.
KMP Yunicee reportedly overturned and sank in the north position of the red light Gilimanuk, Bali, around 19.20 WITA, Tuesday (29/6/2021).
The Head of the Tanjungwangi Port Sector Police, AKP Ali Masduki, confirmed this. The location of the incident is in the region Gilimanuk Harbor, Bali.
“Yes, I heard the news. The location is in Gilimanuk, Bali,” he told detik.com.
Ali admitted that currently he is still coordinating with related parties. The exact cause is not known ship sinks in Gilimanuk.
