Kitten has blood in her stool. What does that mean? (Health and medicine, animals, cats)

Hello dear community,

Two weeks ago we got a kitten. Of course we went to the vet on a routine basis, had them vaccinated, examined and dewormed again. Everything was great and the little one was fine.

Since yesterday the little one has been gagging more often (which is of course quite normal for cats when they try to spit out hair). But nothing comes out of her. My family thinks this is normal and I shouldn’t worry.
But now I also have the feeling that the little one is meowing a little hoarsely (although I can only imagine that because I’m worried).

Otherwise she is completely fit and healthy. She eats, drinks, is lively and plays. She doesn’t seem to be in pain either and her ears feel normal (so no fever either. Oh yeah, and I’ve put cat grass in front of her too. I think she’s already taken some of it.

Did you also have the problem with your kittens? What can I do to help her like this? Should I be worried?
