Kijang Innova and Voxy differ slightly, do they overlap? This is the word Toyota

Otomotifnet.com – Toyota New Kijang Innova has just been launched with two engine variants.

The lowest version (2.0 GM / T Petrol) starts at IDR 337.6 million, while the highest variant (Venturer 2.4 A / T Diesel) is priced at IDR 495.7 million.

However, if you look at the line-up Toyota that is currently available, the price of the highest variant of the New Kijang Innova is slightly adrift with Voxy which is priced starting at Rp. 501 million.

That means, the price difference between the two MPVs Toyota this is only Rp. 5.3 million.

So, can this price difference make the market shares of Kijang Innova and Voxy overlap?

“Talking about the top price of the Kijang Innova, actually makes this car segmentation wide,” said TAM Marketing Director Anton Jimmi Suwandy in a virtual press conference (15/10/2020).

“Because, users have different needs. But they will not rub against each other,” he continued.

He said the Toyota New Kijang Innova Venturer was positioned to fill the void between the Innova type V and the Fortuner.
