Kia first showed Sonet to the world as a concept at Dehli Auto Expo 2020. Now the South Korean carmaker has come up with the first sketch of what a compact SUV SUV will look like in its production form. There will obviously not be too many differences from the concept.

According to the press release, the engineers took great care to make Sonet look dynamic and youthful, because it is intended for the younger generation. But it does not lack the typical features of the Kia, which we know from other models as a large, so-called “tiger nose” in the front.

After the introduction of the Seltos, the Sonet will become the second Kia car made in India. The official premiere is scheduled for this summer. It will make its debut in the Indian market. According to Kia, it does not plan to transfer Sonet to the market in Europe, so customers will not enjoy it here.
