The Moroccan Foundation for Financial Education (FMEF) and its partners are organizing from March 21 to April 03, 2021, a new edition of Global Money Week. Led internationally by the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), this event mobilizes players from the educational and financial sectors with the aim of bringing children and young people closer to the world of finance.
The year 2022 marks the 10th edition of this event, Morocco has been taking part in it since its first edition in 2012. For this special edition, the planned program has seen a mobilization of all stakeholders, marking the unifying and inclusive nature of this event. Diversity and inclusion which materialize through the association of new stakeholders, the development of innovative actions and initiatives for the attention of diversified targets of children, juniors and young people as well as their ecosystem.
On the program, visits to financial institutions and information sessions led in classes by financial sector stakeholders; training sessions for the benefit of vocational training students, micro-entrepreneurs and project leaders; seminars/webinars for the benefit of higher education students; as well as targeted thematic competitions.
Alongside the actions and initiatives carried out across the country, a special “Global Money Week” digital campaign is planned on the social networks of the FMEF and its partners. Diversified content and activities adapted to the selected themes will be treated for the attention of the different targets of this event, calling for their interaction.
