Ki Sung-yong reverses suspicion of sexual violence, “The informant was also a perpetrator”

A new claim came out that the people who exposed the victims of rape by famous soccer players were rather rape perpetrators.

According to sports media’Sportsneers’, on the 24th, A and B, who allege that they were sexually assaulted by a star player from the national soccer team, were suspected of having forced their juniors into sexual acts after entering middle school.

They said, “C, who was living in a soccer club at an elementary school in Jeollanam-do in January-June 2000, was raped by seniors A and B. The perpetrator A is currently a member of the parent club in the metropolitan area and has a national team experience. Player B is working as an outpatient professor at a university after retirement.”

As a result, speculation that Player A was recently active in Europe and joined FC Seoul in FC Seoul was speculated, and Ki Sung-yong stubbornly denied this. Ki Sung-yong said, “As a result of checking with the person regarding the article, it has been confirmed that there is no relation to the content of the report of the person claiming to be a victim.” The response was revealed.

Subsequently, a new claim was raised that Mrs. C and D were the perpetrators of a sexual assault incident during Gwangyang Steel Works in 2004.

C and D’s colleague in middle school said, “When C and D were a youth team, Gwangyang Jecheol Middle School, when they were in the 3rd grade, they forced their juniors to have coercive sex. A bloody wind blew.”

In this case, the youth team leader was dismissed and the youth manager and team doctor were suspended from their jobs. D’s father, who was an executive at the time, was fired from his job. C and D were forced to transfer and admission to affiliated high schools was canceled.

Regarding elementary school days, “During elementary school, dozens of players stayed in two large rooms. There were cases where there was a coercive atmosphere, but nothing related to sexual assault. If there was a coercive act, I couldn’t know,” he explained. “Even if I talk with friends I went with at the time, no one knows.” This argument gives strength to Ki Sung-yong’s innocence, so it is noteworthy how the truth behind the controversy over sexual violence will be hidden.
