The son of the East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa, Ali Mannagalli Parawansa, and the son of the Chairman of the DPD RI La Nyalla Mattaliti, Ali Afandi, will become the Deputy Chair of the East Java Democratic Party DPD for the 2022-2027 period. Both of them were officially appointed the General Chair Democratic party Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), this Friday (22/4).
“The management of the East Java Democratic Party DPD under the leadership of Emil Elestianto Dardak is colored by new faces and young figures,” said Head of the Democratic Party DPP Strategic Communication Agency, Herzaky Mahendra Putra, in a written statement.
Herzaky said there were several other regional heads in East Java who also joined the management of Emil Dardak. They include Lamongan Regent Yuhronur Efendi; Malang Mayor Sutiadji; Pacitan Regent Indarta Nur Bayuaji; and Deputy Regent of Tuban Riyadi.
In addition, Deputy Regent of Mojokerto Muhammad Al Barra and Deputy Regent of Trenggalek Syah Muhammad Natanegara. The six people were recorded as occupying the position of Deputy Chairperson of the East Java Democratic DPD.
There is also the Regent of Mojokerto Ikfina Fatmawati; Magetan Regent Suprawoto; Mayor of Madiun Maidi; and Ngawi Regent Ony Anwar.
Herzaky said the new management of the East Java Democratic DPD is dominated by those under 40 years old.
“The new management of the East Java Democratic Party DPD itself, 64 percent of the administrators are under 40 years old,” he said.
