Patrolmen noticed a Honda car on Nauki Avenue, the driver of which was transporting two passengers outside the car “on an unauthorized construction.” Two more passengers, being in the open trunk of the car, filmed it on a mobile phone.
The police demanded that the driver stop and drew up an administrative order under Part 5 of Art. 121 (violation of the rules for the use of passive safety equipment by the driver and passengers) and Part 1 of Art. 122 (violation of the rules for the carriage of passengers and goods), as well as the administrative protocol under Art. 173 (gross violation of public order and peace of mind of citizens).
“Such dangerous toys are unacceptable on the roads, they can cost the life and health of people,” the police recalled.
