Burgas art has lost one of its brightest personalities. The inspiring artist Lora Yaneva died last night after a short illness from COVID-19 in a Burgas hospital, reports “Flagman”.
Laura left this world only at the age of 36. She is the young mother, for whom the Minister of Health Kostadin Angelov announced that she is in serious condition in the COVID ward. She was admitted urgently on March 21. She had previously cared for her sick mother, who was also infected with the coronavirus.
Laura was hospitalized in the sixth month of her pregnancy. In the first days, however, her condition deteriorated sharply. An emergency section was needed to save her baby. The boy was removed at 26 weeks and is being cared for by natatologists. It is in good general condition, but his mother lost the battle for life.
The tragedy for the family is huge, as less than a year ago Laura gave birth to a healthy child who died suddenly in the third month. She and her husband Miroslav gathered the strength to get back on their feet and continue their lives, and a little later the family had reason to rejoice again, as Laura was pregnant again.
Until recently, the artist was dedicated to a number of charitable causes. She created and helped organize exhibitions for children with disabilities. Laura was an extremely inspiring person who left a bright mark behind.
