The Liverpool FC and coach Jürgen Klopp have in the top game of English Premier League clearly at Leicester City won and can dream of the first championship in 30 years. At the end of the traditional boxing day on Thursday evening, the club world champion and Champions League winner won the second place in Leicester 4-0 (1-0). Liverpool is now 13 points ahead of the pursuer from the East Midlands in a catch-up game to be played.
The ex-Hoffenheimer Roberto Firmino scored twice for the dominant Klopp team (31st / 74th minute). James Milner by penalty (71.) and the outstanding Trent Alexander-Arnold (78.) were also successful. With the win, the Reds in the Premier League remain in the 35th game in a row without loss.
