Juan Amador now also makes tapas | news

Juan Amador was born in Germany himself, but as the son of Spanish immigrants, he still has Spanish blood. A cooperation with the Spanish car manufacturer Seat (which is part of the VW Group) for a new tapas concept is therefore not far away. “Hola!” Is the logical name of the tapas bar that the 3-star chef has recently opened in cooperation with Seat in a shopping center on the outskirts of Vienna. The new restaurant would like to convey a touch of the Spanish way of life to the residents and guests of the Austrian capital.

The Hello! -Bar With its modern, Mediterranean design, it offers space for 80 guests on 460 square meters. The ground floor restaurant is located in the “Auhof Center” and is divided into three areas: on the one hand, the gastronomy and, on the other hand, two presentation areas, each dedicated to the Seat brands and the Cupra sub-brand.

Tapas auch „to go“

In addition to the tapas on site, the restaurant will also offer “tapas to go”. Guests can enjoy the Spanish delicacies at home or at work.

Co-developer and celebrity chef Juan Amador is looking forward to the new cooperation: “Together with Seat, I am bringing the Spanish mentality and the typical lifestyle of my homeland to the heart of the metropolis of Vienna. And we both have the same goals; Always implement new ideas creatively, continuously develop and grow with new challenges. These are the best conditions for a successful cooperation. “

Porsche Austria Managing Director Wolfgang Wurm is also convinced of this new concept: “Like everyone else, we in the automotive industry have to constantly reinvent ourselves. The new Hola! Tapas bar is a unique and innovative concept and hits the nerve of our times: Find out about our vehicles while enjoying delicious tapas, then start a test drive directly from the parking lot and thus experience an efficient and special customer experience when buying a car.
