Before President Joe Biden came out of the White House on Monday night, the music was reminiscent of the power struggles in the TV series Game of Thrones.
And while Biden stood outside giddy and handed out snoop to children, the orchestra played Michael Jackson’s Thriller. The songs were supposed to create a scary atmosphere for Halloween, but they also suited an election campaign which is approx. one year left.
