Jim Carrey FRAME: Youtube / Access

Hollywood actor and two-time Golden Globe winner Jim Carrey intends to end his career. He announced this in an interview published today on the YouTube page of the news portal Access, BGNES reported.

During an interview on the occasion of the release of “Sonic 2”, the comedian said that his intentions to leave the film industry are “quite serious”.

“It will depend on the situation. If the angels bring me a script written in gold ink that I know needs to be presented to the world, then maybe I’ll be involved,” the actor said. “I did enough. That is all.”

On January 17, Kerry turned 60. He has about 60 roles in movies, TV movies and series, most of which are comedy. He considers his roles in the tragicomedy The Truman Show (1998) and the fantasy melodrama The Shine of a Pure Mind (2004) to be the most interesting. In addition to the two Golden Globe Awards, the actor has won 11 MTV Film Awards (a record for an award) and the French Order of Arts and Letters (2010). In 2014, the Canadian Postal Corporation issued a postage stamp with the portrait of the actor.
