About Jennifer Seipelt
Jennifer Seipelt is a member of Milbank’s Banking & Leveraged Finance practice. She advises leading private equity firms, financial institutions, direct lenders and corporations in national and international transactions, in particular on acquisition financing, secured and unsecured bank loans and syndicated loans. She also specializes in infrastructure financing, financing and real estate renovations.
Before joining Milbank, he worked for a “Magic Circle” law firm in Munich and New York.
