Izabela Janachowska and Krzysztof Jabłoński run a wedding business together. Although it is not easy to separate private life from work, they have managed to work out a way to live in harmony and do business together.
– Being a husband and wife and at the same time business partners is very difficult. Working together is the biggest union exam and is even more difficult than having children, ” confessed Jan Faktowska.
– When we started doing business together, we didn’t expect it to teach us so much about each other. Compromises are difficult because both me and Krzysiek are very strong characters, creative people who have a lot of ideas and we think that our idea is the best. And reconciling the reconciliation of two such people is not easy – emphasizes Izabela.
– But we complement each other perfectly because we have divided roles. My husband took care of business and logistics issues, and I dealt with the creative side. In this way, we operate in favor of the entire company. It was a difficult path, but I think we did it. In addition, I have full confidence in Krzysiek, and in building a company such a person is the basis. I’m glad to have him because I don’t have to worry a lot.
