Human efforts to understand the universe continues. The James Webb space telescope has now launched into space. This telescope is targeted to be able to capture images of the first stars that formed in the universe about 13.5 billion years ago.

The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) was launched from the Guiana Space Airport in Kourou, French Guiana on Saturday (12/25/2021) at 09.20 local time or 19.20 WIB. About 40 minutes later, the telescope detached from its launch rocket, the Ariane-5.
