The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Economy of Germany decided to cancel the ITB Berlin 2020 due to the increasing spread of the new coronavirus (Covid-19).
Messe Berlin, organizer of the fair, spent the whole of Friday meeting with the German authorities to make the decision.
The initiative was scheduled for March 4th.
Remember that ITB Berlin is of great importance for the global tourism industry.
