Is this the most recent innovation that we will see more often?
How are you innovating with smartphones in the present 2020? It will become increasingly difficult to distinguish yourself as a smartphone manufacturer. Manufacturers therefore try everything. Earlier this year, we saw OnePlus with Concept One: a smartphone that can make the camera disappear. Vivo also presented an impressive concept.
This is APEX 2020. The important features are 5G connectivity, wireless charging and its screen. The most important thing? The camera. Vivo has incorporated a real gimbal into the camera. This should result in super stabilizing images when taking photos and videos.
There are several cameras on the back of this unit. First a 16 – megapixel camera. This can make a 5x to 7.5x optical zoom and a 10x hybrid zoom. In addition, there is a 48 – megapixel camera with the gimbal. According to Vivo, stabilization at 200 is better compared to traditional optical image stabilization.
Is there also a front camera? Yes, but you don’t see it. The camera is hidden under the screen. A very cool new development that we have also seen at OPPO.
