Muzaffer A. attended the decision hearing at the 19th Criminal Court of First Instance, while his daughter Tuğba A. did not attend the hearing.
He asked judge Muzaffer A. his last word.
Muzaffer A. stated that he wanted his acquittal and said, “If I had to wait in the main stance while he hit me. He called me crazy and hit me on the head. ”
Both were given a penalty.
The judge who announced his decision sentenced Muzaffer A. to 1 year 4 months and 25 days imprisonment, since it was not possible to determine who committed the first unfair act in the fight that occurred due to the crime of “deliberate injury”.
The judge decided to postpone the sentence. He sentenced Judge Tuğba A. to 3 months and 22 days in prison for the same reason.
