It turns out that the victim himself told him that he had IDR 345 million to the BCA account burglar

Surabaya

Interesting facts were revealed during the trial of the case BCA account burglary by pedicab drivers in Surabaya. The victim is said to have told the perpetrator of the burglary himself that he had Rp. 345 million in his account.

Reported from detikJatimDuring the examination session of the defendant, Mohammad Thoha, the mastermind behind the break-in of Muin Zachry’s account, he admitted that the victim had asked him to do business. The perpetrator was then tempted by the amount of money the victim had.

“When the witness (Muin) spoke with me, I admitted that I had money and asked for a joint business. The witness himself said there were 345 million,” said Thoha in response to questions from the Public Prosecutor (Prosecutor) Estik Dilla during a hearing in Sari II Room at the Surabaya District Court, Tuesday (24/1/2023) yesterday.

The prosecutor continued his questioning. Where did Thoha know the number PIN BCA Min’s? The bald-headed man admitted that he had indeed peeked at Muin’s cell phone. “I took a peek when Witness Muin opened M-Banking,” said Thoha.

Chief Justice Marper Pandiangan who presided over the trial took over the questions. He asked when Thoha had the intention to take Muin’s passbook, ATM card and KTP.

“Have a plan and take the money on Friday. I took it (KTP, account book, and ATM card) when the witness was off guard. On the 5th (August 2022), during Friday prayers,” said Thoha.

Thoha’s statement that he was invited by Muin to do business is what has not been conveyed in the trial case file. Regarding Thoha’s statement, detikJatim already tried to clarify this to Muin through his legal adviser, Dewi. However, the person concerned has not responded until this news was written.
