Israeli Forces Release 30 Palestinian Prisoners, Including Teen Shot 30 Times – Latest Update

TRIBUNJATIM.COM – Israeli military forces finally released 30 Palestinian prisoners on the final day of the ceasefire extension on Wednesday (29/11/2023) evening local time.

The Israeli Prison Service (IPS) said the Palestinian prisoner was released from Ofer Prison near the city of Ramallah.

One of the prisoners released that night was Abdul Al-Rahman Amer Al-Zaghal (14).

Abdul Al-Rahman Amer Al-Zaghal lost half of his skull three months ago.

Abdul Rahman was walking to buy bread in Silwan City south of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Israeli soldiers shot Abdul Rahman with 30 bullets hitting his head and pelvis.

Abdul Rahman then underwent surgery at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital.

He managed to survive but half of his skull had to be removed because it was crushed.

The injuries resulting from the shooting also damaged his left eye and pelvis.

Abdul Rahman then underwent medical treatment while being shackled by Israel.

Two weeks after that, Israel arrested him on charges of throwing a Molotov cocktail at an Israeli settler’s house.

Abdul Rahman was released on September 14, 2023 from the charge on the condition of being an open house prisoner in Beit Naquba village prison, west of Jerusalem.

Automatically, Abdul Rahman was deported from his home in his neighborhood in Silwan City.
