Israeli Father and Sons Arrested for Attempting to Board Plane After Missing Flight

Jakarta

Maybe the family, which consists of the father and his two children, is in despair. They missed their flight and insisted on getting on the flight.

Reported from Insider, Friday (7/7/2023) a father and two sons were arrested in Turkey. They climbed over the bridge of the plane and forced their way into the plane. The three Israeli passengers were too late to arrive at the airport and were too late to fly on the AnadoluJet flight from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport to Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport.

They arrived at the waiting room when the plane door was closed. Even though they were late, they insisted on getting on the plane.

They forced their way into the garbarata as the plane began to pull away. Crazy again, one of them dared to jump from the end of the garbarata that was already gaping into the runway and ran toward the plane.

Footage of this family act was also busy on social media. From the video, it can be seen that the late passenger was surrounded by airport officials.

According to The Times of Israel, the three men were then taken to a Turkish police station. N12 News reported that the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs was aware of the incident and it was being handled by the Israeli consulate in Istanbul.

Sabiha Gökçen International Airport confirmed in an email to Insider, that these people trespassed into the garbarata. The airport representative added that they were working with the police to resolve the matter.

The Israeli Consulate General in Istanbul has yet to comment on the incident.

The incident affected flight operations. The plane took off 1 hour late from schedule.
