Three hours after the start of caucuses in northeast Iowa, the Democratic Party announced that the results of this test vote to nominate the candidate supposed to face Donald Trump at the polls in November were delayed. Explaining that they want to ensure their reliability before publishing them, the organizers mentioned “Quality testing”. Another official mentioned technical problems with the smartphone application designed to collect votes.
