Apple is delivering iOS 13.4.1 (build 17E62) to all users this evening. This update fixes a bug related to VPN recently discovered. This intermediate version is not really a surprise, knowing that the beta cycle of iOS 13 went directly fromiOS 13.4 at iOS 13.4.5.
iOS 13.4.1 also fixes the problem which prevented users of iOS 9.3.x devices from participating in FaceTime calls. A flashlight bug from the control center or the locked screen on iPad Pro is also a thing of the past, as well as another regarding Bluetooth quick action in the Settings app.
